The blue “Continue watching” (bottom right) doesn’t always appear!

  • In fact, I’ve noticed for some time now that when I automatically slide from a time-delayed program (via “Watch”) to the next one, the picture often blocks; i.e. the two options “Continue watching” and “Go to live TV” do not always appear at the bottom right!

    I have two TV boxes (IP 1400), and even a complete reset (“paper clip”) didn’t bring any improvement…

    Please specify how the connection between the IP1400 TV-Box and the router is established:
    Ethernet cable, WLAN, connection set (Powerline,…)

    Tip: If possible, prefer the Ethernet cable as it is less susceptible to interference.

    On the other hand, it is possible that the IP1400 box is defective, ask the Swisscom hotline or a shop for a standard replacement.

    It would also make sense to consider upgrading to the Swisscom Box 21, which can be tested free of charge for 14 days.

    However, since BOTH of my TV boxes are connected directly to the Internet Box 3 using an Ethernet cable and BOTH have the same problem… 😉
