Login problem on the Android application

For some time now I have had to regularly reconnect when I launch Blue TV on my smartphone. The permanent login no longer works.

Have you also noticed this problem?

Thank you for your feedback. No disruption of this type is announced on Android at the moment. I am unable to reproduce the error on my side. Can you tell me which device you are using and the Android version installed please? I will then contact our specialists with this information 😊.

There is one more thing you can try even though you have already uninstalled/reinstalled the app.

Go to the phone settings and open the Applications section.

Select blue TV and go to Storage.

Then you clean with “Clear cache” and “Delete data”.

In a similar context, I discovered that Google saves part of the application’s information despite uninstallation and silently puts it back during reinstallation.

Thank you for your suggestion which I tried yesterday. I just restarted Blue TV and had to reconnect.

It seems to me that the problem has come since I activated Multiroom on my TV at my second home.

Thank you for your clarification. Our developers confirm to me that they are aware of this disruption which affects certain users. They have already found a fix and are planning its deployment 👍.
