I guess I missed your comment.
Sorry @Gaeilgeoir, no intention.

I called support and was promised that there was a breakdown and that Eurosport 2 should continue to be included for existing customers at no extra cost. Please call support! I have M package myself.
But this only applies to subscription L, see also post #11:
“Anyone who has already subscribed to a TV L and used premium channels regularly can continue to use them free of charge.”

That’s no use to me at all since I already have M. I don’t pay an extra 10 Stutz per month so that I can have Eurosport 2 again.
There are exactly three options:
- Pay
or
- Avoid Eurosport 2
or
- Change provider
Hello folks. I tried to call the hotline this morning. The nice gentleman explained to me that Swisscom had made a mistake when switching to blue. They will reconnect Eurosport 2 and Miscellaneous to me on my M subscription. Apparently there are more channels missing, but I didn’t notice that. IMPORTANT you have to call so you can get back to your switched off channels.
In any case, I have the Eurosport 2 again at no additional cost. At the beginning there was a plus package on the bill, but after one phone call the old monthly price is now valid again. Probably not everyone on the hotline knows this yet, so call them and put pressure on them. It is important that your package had Eurosport 2 before the change, as the new L package no longer has it.
Hello @RaphaelG
Because of your statement “If you have already subscribed to a TV L and used premium channels regularly, you can continue to use them free of charge.” I contacted support.
But they didn’t want to know anything about it and there was only the option of a new Top+ for 9.-/month. to subscribe to it.
As a gesture of goodwill, they promised me a credit for 6 months… but after that I’m back to the same level.
Since I’m only interested in Eurosport2, it’s not worth the 9.00 to me.
I had previously used TV L and Eurosport2 regularly… so my question is how you came to your statement….?

See the following sentence in post #11:
“Anyone who has already subscribed to a TV L and used premium channels regularly can continue to use them free of charge.”
If you haven’t used it regularly, you now have to cancel the relevant subscription or look for another provider that has better conditions for you.
@Plauppuwe90 I think it was meant in December 2022, but that’s not entirely correct either, the change was in May 2022. Changes in the channel bouquets happen every now and then, and this is partly due to rights exploitation, That could also have been the reason for Eurosport 2. The recyclers may not have liked it.

You only have to fight for it if you “regularly” interpret it too generously in your favor. In all other cases it is sufficient to contact customer service:
Tel. 0800 800 800
or
Private customers: Contact via hotline, chat, message | Swisscom
