I wanted to activate Simply Digital for myself (Internet S subscription), shortly before completing the order I received this message:

Legal

The minimum subscription period for this offer is 24 months. By clicking on “Complete order” you accept the following terms and conditions:

Does this change increase the minimum subscription period by another 24 months?

I think I’ll wait until things are clarified before changing. When Teleclub was restructured, I was also glad that I hadn’t switched to the new subscriptions.

- If the Fr. 3.00 Blue super package discount applies to ex. Teleclub really gone?

- What does the 24 month minimum subscription period refer to? Are you simply committed again for 2 years? What if you want to move away from Simply Digital to telephone support?

A few Francophone channels have been included in the general package. Is it possible that Cartoon Network F was moved to Français+ for this? Not that I need this channel, but it is displayed like this in the channel list under My Swisscom.

@roman70

It’s not a problem for Simply Digital to go back to normal telephone support, the Fr.10 discounts will simply no longer apply?

N.b. I activated Simply Digital for my mobile and internet subscription.

A question of interest: I noticed on the channel list pages here that the TV S subscriptions are identical in all three language regions, that’s really true so, or is that currently just misrepresented? If that is the case, the number of Italian channels with 9 channels (German channels just under 90) would be quite limited for the Italiano language profile.

@Frischimio17 What should I look at? This is the old inOne TV S subscription, which was valid until yesterday, with significantly more Italian channels. At the link to the new subscription, something different is shown, with the 9 Italian channels,

[https://www.swisscom.ch/de/privatkunden/tv/senderliste.html#cl%5Bdevice%5D%5B%5D=tv&cl%5Bsubscription-language%5D%5B%5D=it] (https://www.swisscom.ch/de/privatkunden/tv/senderliste.html#cl%5Bdevice%5D%5B%5D=tv&cl%5Bsubscription-language%5D%5B%5D=it)

or on the [Italian-language site](https://www.swisscom.ch/it/clienti-privati/tv/elenco-di-canali.html#cl%5Bdevice%5D%5B%5D=tv&cl%5Bsubscription-language% 5D%5B%5D=it) same thing

Per thiso ho chiesto 😀.

Maybe I misunderstand you, but nothing has changed in the range of Italian-language channels:

inOne TV S - 11 channels including the two Federal House channels

blue TV S - 11 channels including the two Bundeshaus channels

Stephan_76 Not for the German language profile, but for the Italian one (if the ad is correct):

    inOne TV S:

blue TV S (it’s also strange that the Italian channels aren’t listed first, so I assume the display is incorrect):

      Just received the following feedback:

Something doesn’t seem to work properly when changing the language profile. to be handed over. Accordingly, the list of languages (except DE) is not correct. The cause is under investigation.

Last night there was a screen on the box in the living room instead of the TV to register again. The living room box was missing from the selection and it was not possible to register it. Error message and please turn off this device. Well, started the Apple TV, updated the firmware and tried the Blue app, same crap. Started Teleboy with SRF 1 1080p and watched TV that way.

Today I looked under devices in Kundencenter. 1x Bedroom (that’s the box in my room) and 2 UPC. Yes, there is a UPC box in the room where the Blue app runs on it, but not two UPC boxes. Tried to change that with little success:

      Hello!
I’m the digital assistant Sam and I’ll support you here at any time in the chat. And if I don’t know what to do next, I will connect you with our employees quickly and easily 😉

What concerns can I support you with?
      2:04 p.m

Hello, why does the number of televisions say 1x Bedroom and 2x UPC, which TV-Box is missing in the living room??
      2:06 p.m

I understand that it’s about the TV. Can you describe this to me in a little more detail?
      2:07 p.m

Devices are missing and it is not possible to register them again.
      2:08 p.m

Often it is because you have no or poor network reception. Proceed as follows:
      👉 Change location.
👉 End the call and call again.
      👉 Restart your phone.
      👉 Reset network settings.

If the problem persists, follow the step-by-step instructions in My Swisscom:

      Swisscom login
      2:08 p.m

I’m curious: could I help you with this answer?
      2:09 p.m

I will probably order a second box from UPC and change it. Thanks
      2:09 p.m

      Nice, I’m happy about that.

Finally, one more question: Would you recommend me based on this contact?

Please answer with a number between 1 and 10 (1 = definitely not recommend, 10 = definitely recommend).
      2:09 p.m

      1
      2:09 p.m

It’s a shame you don’t recommend me. Please tell me what I can do better in the future.
      2:10 p.m

OK, then let’s switch it completely to UPC.

If you have subscribed to Simply Digital, then if you call 0800 800 800 directly you will probably no longer be served there but will be referred to the chatbot SAM.

According to the information/announcement about the new subscriptions, it was mentioned that nothing will change for existing subscribers. At least not negatively. But I no longer had access to the Eurosport 2 channel since yesterday. I received a message on TV that this channel was not included in my subscription. At least Swisscom was accommodating and temporarily activated the Top Deutsch+ package for me. Thank you!

Does anyone remember what the additional packages looked like before the subscription was renamed? Wasn’t Eurosport 2 included in the German+ language package, which was included free of charge in the TV subscription L? Was that also the package with the “20 premium channels”? Not that I used these channels. Except Eurosport 2.

I currently see the following additional products among my TV subscription L products:

      • Language package German+
      • blue Sport
      • Top German+

      Isn’t the German+ somehow double?

Or is everything simply not adapted to the new subscription conditions yet. It also shows me that I have 1200 hours of recording available in HD. But new it should be 2000h.

Maybe you just need a few more days of patience until everything is changed correctly…

      @capitanguex

You’re completely overwhelming the AI. It’s not that far yet. I had the same problem yesterday and wrote to Sam “Blue TV not working”. Then the offer came straight away for someone to call back. Surprisingly, someone called back a few seconds later.

With bots like Sam, it’s just the case that they know a lot less than we freaks here, i.e. we don’t even ask questions that Sam can answer, only when it gets more complex and he can’t answer them. That’s why we have to make sure we get to a person as quickly as possible.

I was told today at Priorité that if the Simply Digital discount is active, it is not the idea for someone to still call the hotline directly. If this happens repeatedly, the discount will be canceled after warning.

Let’s see how this is actually handled in practice.

      Show original language (German)

I have to say it’s a really great product fit.

Until yesterday, my L subscription included 1 Swisscombox, and an additional one for 5.00. With the old subscription I was also able to use Apple TV with the Swisscom app as a mobile application for free.

Today this is suddenly no longer possible; you would have to register one of the boxes or the Apple TV app for an additional CHF 5 or delete one of the existing ones.

That’s really a disgrace. I already pay 134.90 per month - now Swisscom wants another CHF 5.-!!!

At the holiday destination we pay CHF 39 per month for Yallo Cable including TV on all boxes or app.
