I changed systems to Swisscom TV and Internet. A disaster without a name. It worked much better with the 2 x cheaper “M.Budget” system… I think I’m going to cancel all that!

If you would give us details of what is wrong, we might be able to help you. But hey, you seem to only want to share your moods, not your problems.

I have been with Swisscom for many years with an interruption of two years because my line was not very fast and the internet booster that was provided to me did not work at my home.

But during the 2 years away from Swisscom I really missed Swisscom Tv and its Hotline, which was much better than elsewhere.

Now I am totally satisfied with my 10 GB of internet and with Swisscom Tv.

Sorry to tell you this but I’ve been using Swisscom TV for years and every time I’ve had a problem, the after-sales service has always been able to help me resolve it as quickly as possible.

While my ex-wife who has an Mbuget subscription has problems every time, I won’t tell you how many hours I spent solving them.

As well as fine-tuning your network at home; apart from saying that there are problems without explaining the effects or the cause.

I just see a troll post.

Sorry to contradict you, but over the last three years, I have had a problem with my router/my WLAN box as well as my TV box.

For your information, I am an info system administrator, but in all cases Swisscom/bluewin, after certain tests (which I had done myself) and redone with the technical service, replaced the devices for me at no cost.

So for me either you like to be trolls/you are dishonest or you do not know how to correctly explain your connection problems to a technician.

Basically, you are being completely disingenuous.
