Cannot open files

I cannot open files like PDF/Excel/Word in the myCloud on the iPhone and iPad. This used to work without any problems. The file name appears, but the file does not open. On the PC, however, this works without any problems, but I can’t see the photos there.

But do you already have a program on your iPhone and iPad to open Adobe and Microsoft data?

Does it work normally if you e.g. want to open the same data with the iPhone and iPad on one computer.

I used to be able to open all files, but now suddenly I can’t. I can still open all file types from email. All of these files can be opened on the computer (Windows PC) without any problems.

Since when did it stop working? E.g. since upgrading the iPhone to 15.4.1?

@hed I haven’t updated yet. My current version on the iPhone is 15.4 and on the iPad 15.3.1. But it doesn’t work with both.

Which file types (.pdf,.jpg,…) can you no longer open?

I sent all 10 files that I couldn’t open to share then you have to save these downloads in your smartphone memory! Then moved back to my Cloud! Now it works again. Nothing is lost But a mystery to me!!??

Nice that everything is working again now. You’ll probably never find out afterwards what the problem was, and it doesn’t make any sense if it was a one-off event.

The problem seems to have arisen during an update of myCloud. When I transfer the files from iCloud, I can open all of them. I can also open all files from an email, but it doesn’t work from myCloud. And this could be since an update, but I’m not 100% sure. iPad and iPhone are up to date. So I think it’s at myCloud.
