Purchase pin

    • I would like to rent movies on Blue TV and am asked for a purchase pin. How can I create one?

    • Ard1918 You can do that on TV Box directly. There you go to the Homescreen, by pressing “Home” on the remote control. Then press the “gear icon” for the settings, then go to “account” then on “payment pin” there you set the tick on “activate” then you will be asked to set the pin.

      Or you can do that in mySwisscom (In the TV section):

      There you go to “Youth & Purchase Protection” (see below):

      there you can press on “manage payment pin” where you can set it.
