Bluemail view

    • Good evening

    For me there is suddenly a gap between the bar with private customers, Geschäftskunden etc, and the bar with the Swisscom logo, email, contacts etc. The same with Chrome and Opera!?! My guess is it doesn’t scale.

    Would be happy for tips. Sorry about the spelling.

      The white space between the upper bars “Private customers etc.” and tab “Mail, Contacts etc.” should be solved today and will be filled with advertising again. With an advertising ad blocker, a white field will probably still be displayed.

      This doesn’t have to be a general problem, as it’s normal for me on Windows, iMAC and Linux with Firefox.

        I have the same problem. Swisscom told me on the phone that I should contact the technical service, which is subject to a fee. I would have certainly downloaded something unwanted. But that’s not the case.

        Now I see that others have this problem too.

        Can someone help please?

        I have pihole active on the internet and Adblock plus in my browser.

        But for me this is only the case with webmail in the free version. This white area is missing in the webmail that is included in the inOne subscription.

          The solutions:

          - use local mail client

          - or subscribe to the mail service from Swisscom for (I think) 9.-/month

          By the way, the email service that is included in the InOne Internet subscription is not protected from (subsequent) advertising because it is also free by definition…

          This white bar usually occurs in conjunction with an ad blocker (see above).

          Is there perhaps a different blocker installed on your new device than on the old one?
