Report incorrect channel logos and channel names

Dear Community visitors

You may have encountered this before: when watching blue TV, you come across a channel with a different logo or name to the one in the TV Guide. With more than 1,200 different channels, providers are always making changes to their logos and channel names without informing us about them proactively and without us noticing. As a result, the blue TV Guide may not always be up to date.

We therefore need your help: please add to this thread if you see an error. We will then forward your comment to the team responsible. You will be playing a vital role in keeping blue TV channel information error-free.

The Paramount Network UK channel changed its name to 5ACTION on 19 January 2022.

You should update the channel list and TV Guide to show the new name and logo.

As advised in my post on January 23, the former Paramount Network UK channel changed its name to 5Action on January 10, 2022. The TV Guide and channel icon still shows the old Paramount Network UK name. Please pass this to whoever is responsible for updating the TV Guide so the name and icon can be corrected to make it easier to find the new 5Action programs.

@Viscount724 There are more changes to be done, as several stations changed their logo. As I learned it is not that easy as someone might think, so Swisscom will normally do these changes, when there are new channels to be added, next time probably on 22nd March, we will see.

Unfortunately the name and logo of 5 action was not changed today 🙈. Hopefully next time.

Agree. CBS Reality no longer exists. Changed to True Crime but the logo in the TV guide still shows CBS Reality. Both names appear at the top of the page when you click on the program name.

@Viscount724 It takes normally a while until Swisscom changes channel logos, and they do it only, when they add new channnels, as on August 7th, but they forgot it, so it will be changed, the next tome they add new channel, possibly in September. Same with Yesterday or Dave.
