Email not received

I can send an email but cannot receive one with Swisscom Bluewin, the message comes to my tablet but the email also comes to my Outlook 365 but not to Bluewin Swisscom even though I have the same email address. What could that be?

Maybe you have set up a POP3 account instead of IMAP and then the email may be removed from WEB mail.
