Outgoing mail server blocked

Emails from my wife [………@bluemail.ch](mailto: E-Mail placeholder )Mail gets stuck in the Bluewin app outbox. Webmail works. Inbox works with Bluewin App, Webmail and Thunderbird. On my wife’s Android phone/tablet with the Bluewin app, mail gets stuck in the outbox. When sending with Thunderbird I get this error message: Error sending the message: The mail server sent an invalid greeting: smtpauths.lb.bluewin.ch vimdzmsp-sfwd02.bluewin.ch Swisscom AG sc774: Blocklisting in effect
I uninstalled the Bluewin app several times, reinstalled it and set new passwords. Internet router turned off after, restarted.
Incoming/outgoing mail server settings are according to instructions. imaps.bluewin.ch port 993 or smtpauths.bluewin.ch port 465

We live permanently in Malta and unfortunately cannot visit a Swisscom shop at the moment.
Do you have a solution for these problems?.
