Outgoing mail server blocked

Good day

Emails from my wife [………@bluemail.ch](mailto: E-Mail placeholder )Mail gets stuck in the Bluewin app outbox. Webmail works. Inbox works with Bluewin App, Webmail and Thunderbird. On my wife’s Android phone/tablet with the Bluewin app, mail gets stuck in the outbox. When sending with Thunderbird I get this error message: Error sending the message: The mail server sent an invalid greeting: smtpauths.lb.bluewin.ch vimdzmsp-sfwd02.bluewin.ch Swisscom AG sc774: Blocklisting in effect

I uninstalled the Bluewin app several times, reinstalled it and set new passwords. Internet router turned off after, restarted.
Incoming/outgoing mail server settings are according to instructions. imaps.bluewin.ch port 993 or smtpauths.bluewin.ch port 465
[My email address…….@bluewin.ch](mailto: Email placeholder ) Outgoing mail doesn’t work with Thunderbird either but works on Android phone/tablet with Bluewin app. Multiple phone calls Unfortunately, Swisscom was unsuccessful.
We live permanently in Malta and unfortunately cannot visit a Swisscom shop at the moment.
Do you have a solution for these problems?.

Since I noticed something else in the error message, I contacted the expert again.

The message “smtpauths.lb.bluewin.ch vimdzmsp-sfwd02.bluewin.ch Swisscom AG sc774: Blocklisting in effect” indicates when the IP is being misused and has therefore been blocked from sending emails. It may happen that the IP was misused by another customer and then assigned to this customer by the router restart or similar.

We would therefore need your IP address to check this. It is absolutely sufficient if you contact our hotline 0800 800 800 from home.

Everything works normally, including Thunderbird. The emails go out. Possibly Was it blocked because I was using a VPN?. In any case, it’s working again now.

However, I have a problem logging in to the community. Is it possible to delete all accounts so I can open a new one? I actually have a user name RJP, but I don’t know which Swisscom login it matches. I only want to use 1 login, otherwise I keep getting a new login.
