Hello, normally the maximum size of attachments on Bluewin is 15MB. It is necessary to check exactly how a larger piece was transmitted… and received! Some software has an automatic compression or cloud transfer function.

Hi @Riessepliopp63

You can use Swisscom’s myCloud in two different ways, the principle being that you put the file on the cloud and send a link that allows a recipient to retrieve the file from the cloud.

If you have a myCloud account with a login, you can put your file in the cloud files. Then you go to Webmail and create a new message. You can then use the “add from myCloud” function which will open a window which allows you to log into your myCloud, select the file(s) to pass and retrieve the link automatically.

If you don’t have a myCloud account, you go to https://transfer.mycloud.ch

You add your file from the PC using the selector (max 5 GB) and then you upload it to the cloud with the “Download” button. The system will give you a link to use to read this file. You copy this link and paste it into a new email on Webmail (or any email client).

Whoever receives the email will use this link to retrieve the file.
