  • What’s the point of moving certain addresses to the SPAM mail folder day after day if they show up again the following day?

    • Hello Ringo Starr

      The name displayed is always the same. But the email address behind it is most likely different.

      Here’s how you can check it yourself:

      Webmail: Open email -> move the mouse over the sender, wait a moment. The email address behind it appears below the corn. In all likelihood the address will be different every time.

      Some people also try to deceive people with deliberate spelling mistakes.

      B.s.P

      Swisscom = SWISSC0M there like a 0 replaced by a “zero”,

      Or a capital “I” can be replaced with a small “L”.

      And when you click on it, in most cases it’s not good.

      And if the promise is too good to be true, then something is definitely wrong.

      They are currently trying again: DHL, Post, etc. You ordered something and couldn’t deliver it. Or you have to check the delivery note… Always everything without being spoken to, very suspicious, and I haven’t ordered anything in the last few weeks.

      Hello, I’ve been receiving more spam emails lately. The emails end up in the spam folder. I delete these emails immediately and without opening them, but the next day the same emails appear again

      in the folder and then occasionally in the inbox

      Please update your spam filter

      @Befronef87

      You are here in the “Customers helping customers” forum, which means we are just customers like you and cannot adjust the spam filter.

      P.S.

      Swisscom makes such adjustments on an ongoing basis, but there is never a 100% solution.
