New TV box

  • I have 2 new boxes including a new router. TV picture is much better so I’m keeping it. But the voice control never worked for either of them without pressing FB. The app is on the smartphone and everything is set up but nothing works. A Swisscom employee was with me. The only thing he said, I can’t do anything about it, is still too new. It’s a shame, maybe someone can help me

      Because the toggle switch on the right side of the TV-Box is turned on?

      Must be in the “on” position
