Hello Gufeya38
Menu => ⚙️ => TV Settings => Replay
It doesn’t matter whether the box is blue with a white tick or green with a white tick. The main thing is that the checkbox is set, i.e. replay is activated. (Blue is simply the currently selected station) Use Show not activated to see which stations are not activated. And every new channel that is switched on, you have to activate Replay yourself.
Otherwise, as Marcus already wrote, Replay is only available once activated. For example, if you activate Replay on SRF1 now, you can only watch programs in Replay that are being broadcast from now on. And of course only available for as long as your subscription states. But you can also record the show via replay, then the show will be available for longer. And important, not all channels have replay. In the EPG you can see this by the color.
Here’s an example RMC has no replay. Eurosport 2 and Eurosport 2xtra also do not have replay. Recognizable by the gray background. If the background is white in the past (i.e. to the left of the red line) then replay is available. Example Eurosport 1:
By the way, it is up to the broadcaster to decide whether Swisscom can offer Replay. This particularly applies to channels that cannot be received freely via satellite. Eurosport, for example, only Eurosport 1 is freely available. That’s why the normal Eurosport has Replay, but only in SD. Because the HD version is encrypted via satellite and Eurosport does not allow Swisscom to offer replay via the encrypted channels.
Which TV-Box do you have and is replay activated for the corresponding channels?
