I have no idea how you did it, the option to replace the box doesn’t appear for me. Meanwhile, you can order an additional box via Kundencenter. Yesterday you got to the selection of the Replace Box item via Swisscom TV Box, but you couldn’t complete the process (you could only cancel it and go back to the selection). I haven’t tried it via box yet but still no chance in Kundencenter.
is the box in stock in the shops? Then I can get one there directly?

That’s exactly how it is for me too… It doesn’t work in the Kundencenter or in the TV menu….
However, I was able to order the Internet Box 3 yesterday in Kundencenter without any problems using “replace existing Internet Box”.
