    • Good evening my remote control has stopped working no light flashes. I have already changed the batteries, turned the device off and turned it back on, but nothing happened. The problem is that I can’t even go to the menu or the channels anymore. The device tells me to press ok for it to connect but it doesn’t work I don’t have any lights flashing.

      You might need to “reset” the TV Box in the small hole at the back or underneath with a paperclip or something sharp for about 15 seconds, then try the connection again.

      If it still does not work, contact 0800 800 800 or a Swisscom Shop to change the remote control.

    on demand connect the remote control press OK

    you have to press the OK button several times

    until the remote control is recognized by the Tv-Box
