I quote spam filter info:
The spam filter systematically checks all incoming and outgoing emails for spam-typical elements, e.g. links that the recipient perceives as undesirable and are therefore marked as spam. If an email has suspicious characteristics, it goes into the spam folder. The spam filter also reacts to global spam reports. This means that if many recipients mark an email as spam, it will also end up in the spam folder in the future.
Spam sorted out by Swisscom (same same, but different):
The SPAM engine is e.g. designed for larger quantities (spam waves). There are various mechanisms here that serve as preventive measures. I can’t go into the individual mechanisms. Sorry.

Many thanks @ChristianG for the answer.
Are there emails that are filtered out by the spam engine and not delivered to the recipient in the spam folder?
I’m interested in the mechanism of undelivered emails that never arrive and get lost somewhere.
Thank you very much and kind regards
Roland
