Docsafe - Favorites are not updated

Good day

I’ve been getting the error message every ten minutes for a few weeks now

“Docsafe Robot - Error - Your favorites could not be updated.”

At the same time, there was a “news” message in the Docasfe web application stating that there was a malfunction in the local application. This message no longer exists.

How should I proceed or how can I reinstall the local application including the procedure for re-entering the long code.

Delete Docsafe 1.0.0. Going to Settings > Apps > Uninstall is not enough.

You should never store originals in a cloud anyway.

No matter who or what the external storage is called.

Assuming you have followed the little 1×1 of any data management that is even remotely serious, you can still vote with your feet…

Thanks for the message.

I was able to install the new version of Windows and it works again.

On the MacBook it is still not possible to establish the connection between the computer and Docsafe using the connection code, even after a new installation (“Connection cannot be created”).

Does it take even longer for Macs?

Thanks for the message.

Docsafe still doesn’t run on the MacBook. After entering the connection code, after about a minute it says “Connection can not be created”. The connection is not established.

It worked fine on the Windows PC.

How should I proceed with the MacBook?

Unfortunately, we have not yet been able to find a conclusive answer to the synchronization problems with certain Apple Mac devices. Our plan is to analyze this in detail ourselves within the next few weeks. Interestingly, it runs smoothly for most Mac users. The problem is generally resolved for Windows users. We are working on the problem, but we also have to set priorities in our work with Docsafe. Please continue to use the consumer app as a browser version or the mobile versions. We are working on solving the Mac issues.
