Adding bluewin address under Gmail application

Wishing to add my bluewin address in my Gmail application, I am confronted with the following error message: “Unable to establish connection with the server”.

However, I reset my email password in the customer area.

Could a kind soul come and help me please?

Could you tell me how to proceed please?
