  • Since this morning I’ve been receiving the message: “This account is not available” and I can’t access my Bluewin email account via Safari, Chrome, Firefox or the app on my iPhone. maintenance work at swisscom?

    It would be great if Swisscom were able to openly communicate fault reports at some point. So you almost stupidly try to solve the problem. And when you call it means we know… Haha

    is exactly the same for me. Why doesn’t Swisscom list this in the official fault lists? It would save every user a lot of time and trial and error!
