    • I have newly set up my Internet-Box 2 and equipped Swisscom TV 2.0 with an IR dongle.

    In the forum you can only find the code for the power button:

      After a long time back and forth, I did some research to find out how the iR codes are put together. So after a long “doctoral thesis” I found out the correct iR codes…

    This is a customer-help-customer forum; Swisscom does not provide direct support here. However, I would be happy to answer your request based on my level of knowledge:

    - Logitech / Bose Life has ready-made IR profiles for their remote controls on their homepage

    Personally, I would go the opposite way with the latest firmware. html) and the (UHD) remote control to switch the TV on/off and adjust the volume. This works incredibly simply by selecting the TV manufacturer, wait a moment, done! I only need one FB (Swisscom UHD) and I have all the features such as a microphone (voice via Bluetooth cannot be used with a universal FB).

    With the normal TV2.0, either evaluate the profiles or search for IR codes via a forum search, but you don’t know how complete or correct the information is.

With my Pronto I replace 7 remote controls (I’m a Hi-Fi fan and have several devices + all the lighting in my living room)!

    So, my goal is simply to get the Pronto codes Swisscom TV 2.0.

    As scs82 already wrote above, you should enter the search term “IR Codes” in the search field up here in the forum and then read through all the references mentioned there. There may be a solution for your case.

    Your remote control can also be “trained” with another remote control:

    You can “learn” most commands from a black remote control from Swisscom TV 1.0, which is an IR remote control.

    Alternatively, you can also “learn” the codes from a Logitech FB, which was previously programmed to Swisscom TV 2.0.

    Another alternative: Some remote controls from the “Oneforall” brand can also be programmed to suit Swisscom TV 2.0. Please check the button layout and code lists before purchasing.

    When “learning” the individual codes, you have to “practice” a bit at the beginning. For individual codes, you can only press the pattern FB button very briefly in order to “learn” the correct code.

    That was my mistake. I thought it was about the HD box.

    If you expect support here in the forum, then describe exactly what and how you want to control the TV box via the dongle. Please use a new request with a title that relates to your problem. I only use an HD TV-Box.

    If you want to know whether your dongle works, you could also test it with a black IR remote control that comes with the Swisscom TV 1.0. Most commands from this FB should also work on the UHD box via the dongle.

    The IR codes are the same for the HD and UHD box? I controlled the HD and UHD box myself with the same Harmony remote control; I never had to change anything about the IR codes when I changed the TV-Box.

    I would like to import this CCF file via my Smart Home and thus create the remote control. Unfortunately I couldn’t find anything online that helped me.

    Hi, I’ve actually been busy with Google for hours. I don’t understand the programs mentioned like ProntoEdit. The conversion programs I found can only convert XML to CCF… and everything is visible via http://irdb.tk/, but I get a CCF file not there either.

    Do you have any tips on how I can get all HEX data into a CCF?
