Especially since this box doesn’t change anything, no UHD channel for the moment,
it’s just faster so frankly I don’t recommend buying it

I understand well, but not yet having a UHD TV….what is incomprehensible is that Swisscom offers new OCS channels with an application only available on the UHD box. So, if you subscribe to the package you only have half of the product, it’s to die for!

This is a way of seeing things, which should however not concern new subscribers (all with UHD boxes), and old ones (like me) who took out this subscription before, and who are offered new services for the same price (which is always nice). Even if the update has not yet been done (it’s a long time…)

This is the problem with all Internet products (computers, telephones, consoles, etc.) we demand more and more powerful devices, and we would like everything to continue to work with the old models. Unfortunately, this is far from always being possible or free. It’s the same problem with Netflix (paid) only offered to certain customers (i.e. UHD). I don’t have the slightest doubt that if it were that easy to offer it on old boxes, it would have been done a long time ago.

7 days later

They were talking about two weeks from August 24, so Thursday the 7th everyone should have received it… But hey, we’re really at the end of the queue, a priori…
Me neither, still nothing 😞
And no answer as to the possibility of forcing this update 😕
Brief…

Hello everyone
Just to inform you for those who have there tv2 box you can exchange a tv2 box for a uhd box for free but you must do it yourself either through the customer area or directly from your tv2 box.

Same thing, if I want to move from an HD Box to a UHD Box they told me 119.- out of my pocket.

Oh and my Box still hasn’t updated either. ^^

So personally I did it this weekend, through the customer area
and change from 1 free box to the 2 paying, but if you call the hotline they cannot offer it,
Otherwise on your tv box go to settings, then tv settings, then tv-box and there you should have an icon to replace your tv-box and an icon for an additional box click on replace.

yes, I had the same thing, and I asked the question to the hotline and they told me that the exchange by doing like that, would be free, before ordering it I suggest that you wait and that I receive mine or I receive confirmation of the order I notify to know if I have to pay it or not.

    Good morning
Well then I apologize to those who were upset yesterday, regarding the free hud box, it really doesn’t matter where the order is, you have to pay for it last night, it was an error on the hotline, thank you .

    Good morning,

No one to tell us if the use of OCS GO is also planned from the tablet and/or computer? And when?

For the moment it does not work online without indicating a user ID, and the applications (iOS) are not available for Switzerland…

    Hi @HenriIV
Currently, the OCS GO application (IOS and Android) is not available outside France. Even the online subscription is limited to Metropolitan France.
I don’t think these will be made available anytime soon. Moreover, Swisscom has never communicated in this sense, it seems to me.

However, the best is to contact OCS directly (from the form on their site) to obtain the necessary information on this subject. Swisscom will not enter into the matter, they position themselves as a simple broadcaster of OCS programs.

@“x”#8239Thanks, so I just did that.

@“x”#227561And so it has absolutely nothing to do with MTV France or Téva. You should also look at the title of the topic.

Here is the (very quick!) response received from OCS support:

Unfortunately we cannot answer your question favorably.
For more information on the possibility of benefiting from our services on mobile media, we advise you to ask your operator your questions 🙂

We therefore hope that Swisscom will now be able to respond favorably, and just as quickly…
