myCloud storage space

But when I log in on Kundencenter I see the messages:

As Vivo customers benefit from free and unlimited storage space on myCloud.

But when I register I only see the 15GB space. The question arises which Vivo you have to have….

Hi, you are obviously logging in with the wrong Swisscom login.

You have to log in with the login from Vivo, you probably have another account.

You have to activate the unlimited storage manually. You can find the corresponding “Unlock storage” option in the settings. You then have to verify yourself with your Swisscom login.

yes, you’re right, I can then log in to the customer center, then the question is “for which account” and a button “Next” appears at the bottom, but the problem is that neither in the account nor in Next is active.

So you see the corresponding accounts but can’t select one? Or are they not even listed? Have you already activated unlimited storage with another myCloud account?

The problem was solved, I tried the whole thing again the next day, i.e. logging into MyCloud and then expanding the storage, then logging in again via Kundencenter login and then the question arose for which account the release should be made, i.e. MyOne and from there the spout is then open. Unfortunately, files larger than 2GB (GoPro) cannot be uploaded.
