Uploads do not appear in the timeline

There is a technical problem when uploading with the iPhone (latest version iOS 10.3.2). If I have automatic upload activated and take a photo, then go to the MyCloud app, it immediately shows me the photo under “Home” “My recent activities”, but under “Photos” in the “Chronicle” or under “Albums”. “Uploads” only shows me the images when I double-click the home button on the desktop, take out the app and reload it. I have My Cloud version 17.20.1 (342). The same problem also exists when uploading manually.

In the meantime, we have optimized some of the uploading. Did this solve the problem you were having?
