Automatic backup with Samsung Galaxy S7 edge

    Since I started using the Samsung Galaxy S7 edge, the automatic backup at myCloud doesn’t work.

    1. Problem statement

    View on the app under Automatic Backup - Status of your backup:

    Already uploaded: 35

    Uploading: 5

    Conflicts: 7 (Videos larger than 200 MB)

    As soon as everyone is uploaded, it starts again from the beginning, but the images are not uploaded (even the ones that do not create a conflict)

    Manual uploading doesn’t work either

    I have already uninstalled and reinstalled the app and restarted the device.

    I tried it via WiFi as well as the mobile network.

      In the meantime, we have optimized the automatic backup. Did this solve the problems you were having?

    Thank you for your detailed report. We have just started analyzing why certain Android devices have problems with automatic backup/upload.
