TVAir channel is loading...

  • Hello

Since this morning the only thing I’ve seen from TVAir is “Loading channels…”. That was it then.

Didn’t we have something like that recently? Or am I the only one and did something go wrong overnight?

    Thanks for your feedback

    • Hi Folks

I had the same problem since yesterday too. Seems like there was a new version of the web client yesterday. This can be tested by moving the mouse over the Swisscom logo at the top left. Then the information appears. Currently it should be on “Release 1.10.2….”. Was previously on “1.9.0…”.

The problem seems to be related to the temporary data cached on the respective browser. In any case, it worked for me as soon as I deleted the cache (and, to be on the safe side, cookies) from the browser. You have to look for it somewhere different in every browser, but you can find it. Then you have to reload the page, log in again and accept the terms and conditions again and voila, it works again.

      Good succeed!

I’ve had the same problem since this morning too! I wrote to Swisscom that I’m glad Roger Federer isn’t playing this week… Troublesome!

    It’s just annoying, dear Swisscom.

The same thing happened to me today…..TV Air stuck on TVAir channel loading…..

Since TV Air was switched on, it has generally been a hassle… TV Air suddenly stops working and then the channel has to be changed to get it working again.

This with WIN7 64-bit, Mozilla 51.01 and use Self destructing Cookies Addin.

I’d be happy if you could finally watch Swisscom TV online again as normal, after all I’m paying for it!

    Hey TheDude

With Firefox it was working again since yesterday afternoon (after updating the browser several times), but with Chrome it wasn’t working until recently. Just followed your advice and it works.

Thank you very much for the solution. Learned something again…
