Then it only took 24 hours until the customers were informed. And the status monitor doesn’t help if it doesn’t provide any information about how long the problem will last.

Luckily there is Wilmaa or Zattoo.

Maybe keep in mind that it’s a holiday and this thread was opened on January 1st, 2017. I can well imagine that many people are still enjoying the holidays today (it is a public holiday in some parts of Switzerland).

Unfortunately no.

As of 5:10 p.m., Swisscom TV Air still does not work on the PC or Mac.

Of course it’s great because there’s a full round of Swiss hockey going on at the moment…:-)

@WalterB: The problem has not been resolved here, it still doesn’t work!

Where could you see this error message? I searched on the app and the internet to see if anything was reported, but didn’t find anything…

@everyone who is wondering why the post was opened on a holiday:
When I opened the post, I didn’t think that the problem was solely with Swisscom… I was just looking for tips on how to solve the problem

It works for me with Linux.

Maybe log out and log in again? Otherwise the problem is only partially resolved. You should probably report it again 😉

@Anonymous: well, unfortunately I’m not Linux compatible ;-)… Thanks for the link! Saved immediately

A Swisscom technician was supposed to come to me tomorrow morning anyway. I’ll take a look at where and what else needs to be reported 😉

@Flu80

It’s good that you reported it, it’s more about the postings that complained about the time when the problem was reported. Reporting is always good, it’s better to report too much than too little.

Unfortunately, it usually takes a long time for a fault to be added to the fault list; this has to do with the quantity, because fortunately not every failure is a fault for (almost) everyone.

But things seem to go the other way around quickly with the announcement that the problem has been fixed.

Unfortunately, that’s not the case (as of 6:00 p.m.) Swisscom TV Air Unfortunately it still doesn’t work on the PC using common browsers. Annoying.

    Edit

    Short addendum.

It works again on the Mac. Top.

    Not on the PC.

I can’t watch shows with Safari, Firefox or Opera. Home works, TV Guide works, but as soon as a program is selected the system remains at “Loading channels”. The Silverlight plugin is configured to “On” for tvair.swisscom.ch. I’m really at a loss.
