Swisscom TV online on notebook

Good morning

Since this morning I can’t watch live TV or recordings on my notebook. It gets stuck at “Loading channels”…

I have now deactivated and reactivated “Silverlight” in the add-ons, deleted all cookies etc., rebooted x times, tried on i-explorer and on google chrome… nothing helps.

Does anyone have any tips/advice for me?

TV is needed for gaming ;-)…

I’m trying to watch the New Year’s concert on 2 PCs with different browsers. Nothing works, “Channel is loading” is the only thing that is shown to me. It’s really bad what’s going on here. And always the advice that you should clear the cache and things like that… The best advice is probably to change provider!

Oh yes: none of the advice changed anything. No TV!!!!!

I just tried to get TVAir to work on my notebook with Edge that has never started. None. Nothing works. Good start to the year for Swisscom. I will immediately look into alternatives to this state-owned company.

Why doesn’t Swisscom report this problem?

Because our fiber optic is far too slow, it’s coming on January 3rd. Another technician came by, let’s wait and see how many technician visits there will be in 2017. 2014 was my record year with 13 technicians at home ;-)…

Unfortunately I feel the same way 🙁. Tried all browsers, none of them can load a channel.

Argh the constant problems with the TV Air are really annoying 😞

As already mentioned with the normal TV-Air Link, it doesn’t work on PC and iMAC, only e.g. with the app for iOS (iPhone, iPad).

The problem will certainly be resolved when normal working hours resume.

N.B. Maybe report it to support either way so that it appears in the error list.

Yes, I think you are not the only one. Everything is gone for me too.

It always means loading. Been watching on my Microsoft Surface Tab 3 for over a year, and now

I’m totally disappointed. Firefox, and also Edge. Just dead.

Yes, exactly, why isn’t Swisscom reporting this problem?!

If an error occurs, you could also deactivate the feature and replace it with “We are away (briefly) for system maintenance - we apologize for the inconvenience”. So it’s clear where the problem is.

I just spent a lot of time searching my Windows 10 for errors - after all, I had changed something in my configuration…

Since yesterday there has been nothing to see on Swisscom TV Air, it just says channels are being searched, everything went better with Swisscom TV 2, with TV Air there is something that isn’t on almost every day. It’s so useless!!!!!!!!!!
