Mine (Galaxy S7) too.
Tested it on various devices.

Swisscom thinks it’s up to Samsung and Samsung thinks (no wonder) it’s up to Swisscom.

Anyway: with Swisscom Cockpit it works without any problems

@All

With my Huawei Mate 9 the error appeared after a few days (until then everything was normal). According to Swisscom, Huawei is to blame or I am to blame, as I did not buy the device from Swisscom. Logic is different, especially since everything initially worked and no firmware update was installed. The same error exists on my Galaxy S7 (also with Android 7). Now Swisscom technology thinks it’s due to VOLTE, which the other network operators don’t have. This is more understandable because everything works perfectly with Salt and Sunrise SIM cards. Long story short: hope and wait for firmware updates…

It only works if you send an SMS to 444 with the text STOP VOLTE. Then you can change the call forwarding.

Then send another SMS to 444 with the text START VOLTE.

Also applies to “knocking”.

I have the Galaxy S7 with Android 7. I got it from Swisscom.
Now I have the same or similar problem with call forwarding and call blocking (which can never be loaded at all without a subsequent error message).
It loads little by little and at the end you get the error message.
Sometimes the error occurs in the call settings or in “Additional settings”.
The funny thing is that after restarting the device, call diversion can be loaded without an error message regarding the SIM card.
Does anyone have an idea why it works the first time (after a restart) and the data is loaded otherwise, only with a subsequent error message?

Kind regards
