Film cut while watching

  • Good evening,

For some time now, I have been watching the Cine + channels with a slight delay of around 15 minutes, almost every time the image freezes around 15 to 20 minutes before the end of the film, and tells me that my selection cannot be read for the ’moment.

    Does anyone have an idea?

I thank you in advance and wish you a good evening and a good Sunday.

    Hello jojo,

I tried your tip, but it comes back to the same thing, I think it comes from the tv box, I put the box that I have in the children’s room, and there I was able to resume the film where it was ’is stopped.

I’m going to see again this evening, if it works with the box, I will call SCTV to have them change my box.

    Have a good day.

    Good morning,

I tried changing the box, I recorded a film then I watched it from the beginning and I didn’t have any interruptions. So I think it could come from a box, I’m going to test again this evening, if it works I’ll call SC tomorrow to see if they can change the box.

Have a good end of the day.

I called this morning for about 20 minutes with a nice colleague, at first glance everything is resolved remotely, fingers crossed, will see this evening.

    Good day.

    Good evening,

It didn’t work, this evening while watching Night at the Museum 2, cut off again 20 minutes before the end, I’m in despair.

I’ll call again tomorrow morning, good night.

    Good morning,

I feel less alone in these meanderings of untimely blockages. Indeed, I reported on it in October and since then I have experienced almost every REPLAY viewing with such incidents. I gave up because SWISSCOM only called me once, I couldn’t answer because I was in session, and since then no news!

It is true that I do not need him to call me because the problem has been known for a long time but I see no progress in eliminating these incidents. which means that customer troubles are like weeds, they grow everywhere but no “RUNDOP-SWISSCOM” exists to permanently eliminate these incidents.

I still hope that these bugs will be resolved quickly. if this is not the case, when my contracts expire I will inquire with other operators about a possible “relocation” of my SWISSCOM services.

There you go, good luck following these incidents and let’s hold our thumbs.
