Hi,
i just bought a sony wireless headset and i connected it to the new Swisscom TV Box via a TOSLINK cable (optical clable).
As indicated in the Swisscom leaflet, i change the SOUND setup to SURROUND on the swisscom tv box setup but still no sound on the headset. All the sounds are still coming from the TV (samsung tv from 2008).
Any idea to make it work?

Thank you but it does nkt change anything. It seems that the swisscom box does not send the sound to the toslink cable.

Just a little question. Do you have the HD or UHD TV-Box?
Is the miniToslink cable provided by Swisscom?
If not, is it a Toslink cable -> miniToslink or
A Toslink cable–> Toslink + miniToslink adapter?
Have you already tried to reset the TV-Box?
Have you tried the solutions proposed by Sony?

Are the optical digital output jack of the component and the DIGITAL
IN jack of the processor connected?
Turn on the processor and headphones.
Press the POWER button for 2 seconds to turn on the headphones, the
power indicator lights up in green.
Try charging the rechargeable battery of the headphones if it is weak.
If the power indicator is still off after charging the battery, take the
headphones to your nearest Sony dealer.
Is DIGITAL selected with the INPUT switch?
Start playback on the GAME/BD/DVD device connected to the
processor.
Raise the volume of the headphones
Is the optical digital output setting of the connected GAME/BD/DVD
device set to ON?

it is a swisscom UHD. And the cable provided by Swisscom
so i connected the headset to the tv via toslink, then push the sound to the max on the swisscom box and to nothing on the TV and it works. Not a great solution but better than nothing.
