Sorry for my mistaken tip with the sync client.
I had probably temporarily forgotten the fundamental conceptual error of myCloud, even though I had described it myself in another thread:
[https://supportcommunity.swisscom.ch/t5/Diskussionen-über-myCloud-dem/MyCloud-Integration-Fotos-falsches-konzept/m-p/495349#M2263] (https://supportcommunity.swisscom.ch/t5/Diskussionen-über-myCloud-dem/MyCloud-Integration-Fotos-falsches-konzept/m-p/495349#M2263)
The problem with such fundamental conceptual errors as the “senseless separation” of photos and files is that collateral damage always occurs as a result, which can then only be dealt with with additional special features, such as perhaps a future photo sync client.

Still no solution to the problem? I would also like to upload all the photos to the PC.
It is very annoying that the myCloud desktop solution does not display the photos.
Actually a good software but it is precisely this deficiency (with selective offline synchronization… for example files offline and photos only online) that turns the good idea into a useless toy and advertising gimmick.
From my point of view, it’s OK if everyone puts forward their wishes for improvement, because that’s the only way Swisscom knows where the customers’ problems and needs lie.
And at some point my cloud has to be out of its infancy if it wants to stand up to other well-known products and achieve the appropriate level of customer acceptance.
Very true. MY POINT: I cut my teeth on Google, Microsoft and Apple on their cloud without success and wasted time.
I would like to claim that a product, in this case Swisscom’s my cloud, is easier to use (that’s relative and depends on the eye of the beholder) and looks good, and it brings users a lot of joy and motivates them.

Unfortunately I couldn’t do it on the PC with the browser.
It worked on the cell phone with the Swisscom cloud app (Android version), it was very easy.
The images are then in the myCloud folder. And yes, you can do it all at once, depending on the number of pictures it takes a while and of course you have to have storage space on your cell phone.
Thank you!
Hello everyone
Unfortunately, we’re all just talking about workarounds here, all of which have a hack and come with limitations.
This can only be solved correctly by myCloud development - by finally making the images uploadable and downloadable via WebDav.
Of course this only works for paying customers - but I think that’s ok.
Only if it were finally realized.
Where did you dig up all these old threads, some of which have already been solved? 😅
Since customers help customers here, posting the same answer or the same request multiple times doesn’t really do much good, other than it might already be viewed as spam 🙃
As already mentioned, if you have feedback or suggestions for improvement, it is best to contact myCloud support directly.
