In the French-speaking magazine, the only change is the arrival of Boing HD, no Mangas HD like with UPC

- The Teleclub Sport 17 channel should be integrated into the French-speaking offer

to see between now and the 3rd if there is anything new for the basic offer or others (better believe in Santa Claus lol)

We will no doubt soon have LFM TV HD and One TV HD. But what interests me is French channels in good quality like:

- Boomerang HD
- Boing HD
- HD manga
- Comedy+ HD (this is also why I canceled the+ last fall, because the SD version is horrible)
- RFM TV HD
- Extreme Sports HD

Not to mention Game One, J-One, Kombat Sport, MCS Tennis, MCM. Not counting MTV France as soon as possible

February 3 is marked in my post at 2:20 p.m., the day of an update for Teleclub German version. For the French-speaking version Boing HD and Teleclub Sport 17. Source magazines from Teleclub February 2016. Perhaps also LFM TV and One TV as its director said that the 2 channels should integrate Swisscom TV in the short term

It would still be good for Swisscom to offer J-One and Toonami in the medium term. Because the Mangas channel is nice but apart from the D+1 programs we quickly got around to it, not to mention the poor SD quality of the channel

Nothing very crisp and no Boing HD despite it being noted in the latest Teleclub magazine

Even if Canalsat’s HD upscal is not perfect, it is better than Swisscom’s downgrade. So they could have, like UPC, broadcast the HD stream from Canalsat directly.

Example: Boing Upscal HD is better than Swisscom SD downgrade

Given Swisscom’s total disregard for its SD streams since July 2015. I’m going to start looking at the competition’s TV offerings in case there is no satisfactory improvement in a reasonable délai

It is a safe bet that UPC will make their update on April 6, the day after the switch to all HD terrestrial French TNT.

It will be noted that UPC did a good professional job during the transition to all MPEG 4 of Canalsat on July 1, 2015, even broadcasting the versions of the HD upscaled channels

Unlike Swisscom which waited until the end of August and did not broadcast the upscaled HD versions but downgraded them to SD in poor quality and this is still the case for some like Boing HD, Boomerang HD, RFM TV HD, MCM Top, Comedy + HD, Infosport + HD, Extreme Sports HD, Tiji HD, Mangas HD

So I am wary of Swisscom for April, well there are only 2 months left and we will know 😉

We can see for the union minimum that:

- No Boomerang HD F (despite its native broadcast since November)

- No Boing HD F despite it being indicated HD in the magazine Teleclub

- No HD Mangas despite its arrival at UPC on February 3

In short, these 3 channels have the worst SD broadcast quality in Switzerland (not counting others)

We’re going to go to the Church to light a candle for the next update and in the meantime we’re going to continue to break our eyes

Not to mention the broadcast of E! International with French sound (but not all shows have French translation like E! News) instead of E! France HD like the competition
