Hello everyone
I have Internetbox and privatkunden/hilfe/loesung/sip.html?campID=shortcut-sip) is configured, but I get a SIP 408 (timeout) error in X-Lite.
So I turned on Wireshark and found that only ICMP Destination unreachable came from the Internet box in response to the SIP register.
I restarted the internet box, but still 408 errors.
Any tips (maybe @Tux0ne?)?

No, but what’s special: I’m using 192.168.88.0/24 instead of 192.168.1.0/24 - maybe something is “hardcoded” in the software? I assume you are using the box with 192.168.1.0/24

I just tested this. For me, X-Lite works with the Internetbox Plus both when it is configured to 192.168.2.1 and when it is configured to 192.168.1.1 by default. What makes it even more difficult for me is that my X-Lite only runs with NAT (Masquerade) behind an internal router. I don’t see any ICMP port unreachable.

That should actually work. If it still doesn’t work, try a different network with a single-digit number for the second-to-last digit, for example. 192.168.2.0/24.. 192.168.9.0/24.

Same problem for me. Also followed the instructions and tips of the previous speakers. but doesn’t work.
What I would be interested in: Does any device work for you via Voip? A VoIP phone (DX800 Gigaset) also doesn’t work for me, even though it was connected and configured according to Swisscom’s instructions.

UPDATE: Resetting the router to factory settings helped. Then re-enter all settings by hand (without using the backup configuration file). Now it works perfectly according to the XLite instructions from Swisscom.
