Unfortunately SWISSCOM does not seem to give importance to this subject, and to its customers: the answer tell us what is wrong we will be happy to come… have you seen them before?

After discussion with Swisscom, they sent me a new Internet box, configured with 05.01.14/05.01.20/738 as the software package.
So far, 24 hours of stability. On the other hand, this morning I received an SMS from Swisscom stating that the router needs to be updated.

OK, here’s the latest news. The new router worked fine, but I kept receiving text messages from Swisscom saying I need to update it. As this did not happen automatically, I downloaded the update from the Swisscom website and applied it myself.
Unfortunately, now the troubles are back. Random outages, restarts. Swisscom must admit that their updates are the cause!
