Still faced with this problem of untimely reboot, after calling the hotline who asked me to do a complete reset of my router (with the paperclip in the small hole), everything worked fine for 12 days until yesterday at the beginning afternoon (4.10.2016) when my everything fell and re-initialized itself. Rebelotte in the evening 11:00 p.m. and 11:07 p.m. After reading the conclusions of FM33 (thanks to him) I noticed that IPv6 was activated on my router. I deactivated it, did a hard reset and restored the saved data, checked that IPv6 was still disabled and everything seemed to work again. I’m waiting to see how all this will behave over time. Hoping this is the right solution while waiting for firmware version 8.
Hello Everyone,
Like you, I have the problem of unwanted reboots of the Swisscom internet 2.0 box. I’ve had this problem since I got the new internet box and I’m wondering if I’m going to put the old one back in its place.
Note that this problem has been present for approximately 2 years, the date my installation was started when I moved into my apartment. So the firmware problem is quite doubtful because it should now be fixed (??).
I removed Wifi + IPV6 management and will see what happens.
Good day
Serge
@Serge Peter Hello
IPV6 according to several forums does not work great. Tried this process by enabling your Wifi and disabling IPV6.

Could the solution be here? It’s been a month (32 days) since I disabled IPv6 and my installation became stable. No more untimely reboots of the internet box. Hoping that it continues like this and it will be very good. In the next release we dare to hope that this problem will be resolved. Knock on wood…
Good morning,
I’m in the same situation, unfortunately I don’t really hope to have a solution in the next release because it’s a problem that I’ve been reporting for a good 1-2 years at Swisscom and the investigation has never yielded anything although it is on their side.
Let’s keep our fingers crossed though.
Nicholas
Hello,
Observation today following reading Tortue Ninchat my box was re-released I don’t know when, probably 2-3 days ago. The firmware version is: 08.00.50/08.00.58/01103.
I’m going to wait a little longer before reactivating IPv6 to see if everything works normally. But since I currently don’t use this form of addressing, I risk leaving it disabled.
