Hello, on my webmail account (5 possible addresses) I created an address for my wife. I can’t configure it on his computer in his kmail email. Username/password problem.
If I put my username, my main address appears in kmail. How to make sure that his address is actually displayed.

In your customer area under “My data” -> “Password & logins” in the “Other passwords” section you will be able to view the password in relation to each email address managed by this account.
Or simpler, “E-Mail” -> “E-mail password”
The password for webmail and POP3/IMAP access is often different.
Normally you can also create a new Swisscom Login and link your wife’s email address to this account.
