I’ve had exactly the same problem since I had 2.0… Except once when the guide was normal, for a few hours. I tried to restart, I had a technician on the phone, I crossed my two boxes and it was impossible to get it right. It looks like it’s zoomed in and the guide is larger than the screen. But everything else works normally. If anyone has an idea I’m all ears. Thanks in advance.

Same problem on my side since installing TVBox 2.0. I turned it off, reset it, shook the box, did a handstand but nothing worked, the TV Guide was displayed incorrectly, like on the screenshot sent by Ozma
Otherwise, everything is fine, thank you.

I have also been experiencing this same problem for several days.

Exactly like the drop box image in the first post, where the TV guide appears zoomed in (two lines per channel..) and part of it is truncated.

I restarted the tv box, then did the factory reset, nothing worked.

Good morning,
Following my messages, I had telephone contact with someone from your area. I explained my problem and a day or two later it worked normally.
A few days ago, it started again. Guide zoomed in and impractical!
Is there any way to keep this normal?
