Netflix app crashing

The Nerflix app regularly crashes just after starting. i nearly always have to restart the app to watch something at least once ( last evening 4 times).  Anyone else experiencing this?

@gerchris I suppose you're using the App on your TV box. If yes, did you ever try a factory reset, with a paper clip in the small hole, on the bottom or the rear panel, depending on the sort of box you're using?

Another question. How the box is connected to the router? Ethernet or WLAN?

its the uhd box connected through LAN. If i do a factory reset do i loose all recordings?

@gerchris No, everything is stored in the cloud, you don‘t lose anything.

And is Netflix now more stable after the reset? Or can you see the Netflix crashes again?

Yes, working fine now for about a week  after the reset, no problems
