In the profile, alongside your display name and photo, you can indicate your level of expertise, your interests and Swisscom products. This will help you meet other users and make it easier for them to help you. All sides benefit from this: clicking the profile photo gives you more information about your fellow Community users and your common interests.
Tips
Whether you’re a seasoned user or a newbie, the tips will give you the lowdown on the Community and how to use it to your best advantage. The brief tour will guide you through the Community and provide an overview of the different features and areas.
Badges
Your activity on the Community will be rewarded. Are you a night owl, who is ready to help other users at 3 a.m. in the morning? Or perhaps a router expert who knows all there is to know about the Internet? Out of the 120 badges, we find the perfect badge for everyone. You can highlight your favourite badge and display it with pride.
Super Users
Those who go the extra mile earn a special title. So if you share valuable tips and actively and persistently help with problems, you could become a Super User. You will then be given the opportunity to put new Swisscom products to the test and improve quality through your feedback. You will also be invited to regular events to see behind the scenes at Swisscom and develop new ideas. What’s more, you will have access to the exclusive Super User lounge, where you can interact with other users and experts.
