Hello,
Early this week I sent a letter (with my ID) justifying that the contract should be under my name and no longer Mr. Per Sjogren. I still do not see it in my on-line account.
Also, It seems I am not allowed to create an email address. Please help as I think I can create one now that we have moved all our services to Swisscom (phone, TV, internet and including my mobile).
Thank you for helping. My son in law will be better to understand!
