I had the same thing with the Java platform SE binary. It got to the point where I just decided to uninstall myCloud desktop, was making using my computer unusable. I emailed the support about a few days ago but I haven't heard anything back.
Hi, Since the update to 17.20.18, myCloud has been unable to connect to the internet. In addition to this, attempting change the files that are synced with the desktop are not loading, though I assume this is due to the first issues. This same issue is consitent across two computers on different networks. Thanks,
