Dear Jasnap, No, I don't have an UHD TV, but I do have a UHD Swisscom TV box. This is what Swisscom themselves write on their site: " When the bandwidth is insufficient for UHD or HD quality when you turn the TV Box on, you can use the TV signal from another TV Box that's running. This message will appear: "Unfortunately all TV signals from your other TV Boxes are being used. Please use your remote control to turn one of these TV Boxes off (don't use the switch on the back of the TV Box), or continue to watch in high (HD) quality or standard (SD) quality. If you wish, you can use the TV signal from another TV Box." If you select "Use TV signal", the following message will appear: "If you use the TV signal from another TV Box in your household, transmission to this other TV Box will cease." The following message will appear on the TV Box from which the TV signal is taken: "Your TV signal will be taken from the 'TV Box name' TV Box." " Tonight I unplugged the cable connected repeater upstrairs... and the problem disappeared! Now I just have to set up the repeater upstairs as a simple wifi booster again and take the TV signal wireless from downstairs. Hope this is helpful to anyone... Walter NB: Swisscom writes on their side: Bandwith required for UHD: 40mb/s Bandwith available where I live: 30mb/s (Both numbers according to the Swisscom website: I am lucky to have any decent reception at all 🙂 )
