I've had this very frustrating message on all of my channels for the last week. Got a new Swisscom 2.0 box approximately 2 weeks ago. It worked for a few days but now just get this message. I: - have restarted the router and Swisscom box many times - am 100% confident my internet connection is working (everything else works) - am 100% confident my Swisscom box is connected correctly (can still watch all the on-demand movie channels and recorded programs are all ok to watch) - have I done reset to factory settings on the box - have run the diagnostics test on this website and on Swisscom box. Both say all is ok. - have spent approximately 1hour on the phone with Swisscom support who ran the tests and couldn't fix anything. The support person kept insisting that a technician needs to come to my house. That is not possible for me because I cannot stay home for 4 or 5 hours during work hours to wait for someone to come AND MORE IMPORTANTLY cannot understand why what is obviously a Swisscom software problem needs a technician to visit my house rather than fixing it remotely via the Internet - it's not like the cables aren't connected or something. i am very disappointed by the quality of the service so far and considering canceling my contract. Can anyone help please? Thank you
