Dear Tiziana, thank you for your response. I had done it already and did it again, many times. I keep receiving messages that the i maps.bluewin.ch password is incorrect, which is not. I do not know what to do. When I bought my previous phone I received the same message, but after many calls with helpline I manage to do it, but now they keep insisting I have to pay 40 francs.
