Nope not for me, but what i know is they should garantuee the internet speed described in your subscription or at least give you a compensation in your case. You should have what you pay for, that's the contract. I'm pretty sure if you report it kindly they will do their best... as always. Beware ! Do not fall in the trap of CableCom, speed is high in their ad (that means not it's garantuee depending on your location), all looks nice and shiny, but as soon as you call for the first time the hotline, the nightmare begins... avoid at all cost this crap.
