Thonex Geneva. I have experienced the very same problem over the last 10-14 days. As I explained to the contact at Bluewin Highway when I called, using internet is just let getting into a car and not knowing when you turn the key if the engine will start or not. The worst situation is to be in the middle of paying bills online with the bank and the service gets cut. I have called almost daily for 10 days and finally ,if it happens , will have a technician come to the house on Dec 13th. I suspect Swisscom have some fundamental line/server problem that they are not disclosing. A dangerous customer service game to play.
