I subscribe to TV and Internet. Unfortunatly the reliabiity is really in question. Broadband goes down frquently ( 6 times in 2 years) and twice I have lost both services for 3 days or more. Constantly rebooting and resetting the modem is driving me crazy. Each time the excuse is the line. Each time I lose the service which the last one was for 3 days (and over a weekend) the support team promise me a refund in the next bill. This has not happened and the bill remains the same. As field maintenance dont work at weekends nothing gets fixed until tlate Monday if the service goes down on a Saturday morning at 8:30 am. The weekend engineers dont seem to have a clue what to do and in the last incident they said they had not booked an engineer until the Tuesday. I made 7 calls to the call centre and one escalation which resulted in more flannel. You can see I am cheesed off!
