Since friday I had a, problem where live TV is not working and showing an error on all channels "this channel is unfortunately not included in your subscription. To view this channel, you need to subscribe to the relevant channel package. Please select OK for further information." Swisscom got me a new box, it worked for 1 day and now I got the same message again. So, again I have no live TV... Any ideas would be great. Internet is working and all apps on the box are working via the Internet.. I. E. Netflix and Youtube, sky.. Etc. Never seen such an issue before and I have used swisscom for years. Any ideas? Support done loads of resets etc.. But didn't fix the problem. Any ideas please?
